Staff was very helpful; breakfast was good. Room was clean and the view was super good.

Very nice stay, and surprising how spacious our room was. It was with balcony and on corner of building where construction was below but wasn’t too noisy. Would 100% stay again.

Brilliant location, lovely big room with a very comfy bed. The pool and gym are excellent. Most of the staff were wonderful and they were able to accommodate an early check in. Bedroom floor could have done with a proper clean, one member of reception staff was a bit surly.

I liked everything about it and the breakfast is nice

Excellent concierge, Excellent room, Excellent breakfast. The only down points were that I called 6 times down to the front desk a d they only answered 1 time. Also, the breakfast was Excellent however very unorganized wait staff.

The mini fridge is fully stocked so we had to take everything out to add a few waters. Parking is by valet and costs extra per day.

Great stay! Friendly staff! Within walking distance to food, shopping and a park.

All around great stay and property The bike rental is a bit of a rip job. Supposed to be free but the rental company charges 7.50 a day for lock rental automatically as soon as you get bike released from docking point and we wanted four bikes but only could get two released.

The staff are overall nice, responsive and helpful. The third floor has a comfortable lounge area to hang out and the adjacent lobby bar made a great burger. The location is okay, easy access to/from the airport, but a little removed from the more lively areas of Miami. Still there are several good restaurants a few blocks away and the metromover tram is close by. It’s also great access for museums or event venues along Biscayne Blvd. My first stay was fantastic, nice room, well maintained and everything worked great. My second stay was in a room with a dingy bathtub and sad, messy shower curtain with broken rings, what’s worse is the shower water never heated past room temperature. The coffee maker was also not working.

Location to the hospital Our room didnt have air qas moved to a dirty room with hair in the bathroom drawers were screwed shut room smelled and one bed for 3 ppl
