YVE Hotel Miami

Nothing. The mattress was sunk in. I was over charged for the room. I tried to call several times to contact someone about my concerns and no one would answer.

Close to port. Roaches in one of the rooms. Bathroom so small in one of the rooms.

Exceptional

Convenient to the port and market. Price was better than other hotels with same location. Elevators are small and can get very busy on port day. Bathroom is very small.

Great location. Everything else is not so good. Tiny, tiny room. Bathroom is a closet. Things are clean, so that’s good. The elevators do not work well. You will wait at peak times. The room size and the elevators

All Good All Good

All over great hotel Left important items in jotel room that is almost impossible to retrive their lost and found department is not very helpful in returning lost items

Pleasant

only the location - EVERYTHING ELSE WAS A POOR EXPERIENCE Being Charged without being Informed Housekeeping did not clean the room Housekeeping threw our food out Hotel did not comply with the booking offers Air conditioner wasn't working only 1 working lift for a busy hotel Beds were terrible with a dip in the centre causing back ache

Pleasant

Amazing hotel. I will definitely stay here again

Walking in the first time the smell of air freshener was overwhelming. Almost like perfume. The gnats were very bad in the trash cans and at the bar. Bar service was very slow. They need to replace the carpet in the rooms, very dirty.

Super

The area, the comfy bed and room was cool. I booked 2 rooms. One for us on for my aunt. I contacted the hotel via booking.com and was promised mi aunt could check in without me being present. Her flight out of Amsterdam will arrive 4 hours earlier than mine out of Curaçao. I even gave her name. She was nit allowed to check in and had to wait for 5 hours until i got to the hotel.

Friends we were traveling with had multiple issues including no air. This hotel has an amazing bar/restaurant inside called Celia's and it was the start of the show. The hotel has great potential but they need to concentrate on customer service and maintenance. Not the hotel's fault, but it is also very noisy outside. So if the is something that bothers you, you will want to be prepared. For those cruising out of Miami, this is a great location but keep in mind it is not for the bougie of heart.

Amazing staff all around! Comfy room and conveniently located to everything. The restaurant is also very good. Definitely recommend!
