This may sound weird but they had trash cans outside around the facility. That told me they cate about their customers and the facility. Nothing

Location was great, easy in and out. BUT there should be a sign by the road that says Holiday Inn Express instead (or with) the sign for the business behind the Inn The breakfast served both mornings was not great (even for free hotel breakfast) and the person in charge was not at all friendly. No sugar for the free coffee and she was not happy to inform you about MAYBE THE DELIVERY WILL COME TODAY. Also on the bill there is an amenity fee (WHAT IS THAT FOR)

Shout out to the check in and out clerks! Extremely polite! Hot breakfast was delicious with a nice selection. Breakfast staff was on point with keeping the eating area really clean! It rained 2 days while I stayed there. Day1 I awoke at 2am to sloshing water in the wall. I thought pipe had burst I called the front desk and the manager came to my room and said yeah there is a drain from the roof down the wall the bed is against. So sorry. This was loud. I woke again the next day at 6am. Same issue I’ll Never stay there again.
