The room was as clean as possible but everything worn out, many splash marks on the wall, rust in bathroom , the drain cover was completely loose. The air conditioner would not respond to changed setting, I use the wall thermostat as instructed. Sat in the lobby during the morning and noticed all the upholstery was very soiled. Overall the property needs deep cleaning and renovation.

I arrived at 3pm to check in and needed a shower. I was informed the water was off and no ETA on when it would be available. Not good, but I used the bottles of water they had in the room to freshen up as best as I could. I was also informed that only 1 elevator was working. Ok. I left to the event I was in town for and when I came back later on, the front desk lady just watched me walk towards the elevators. I pushed the button several times and it never came. I finally went up front to see what was wrong and THEN she informed me both were broken and I'll have to walk up the 4 flights of stairs to my room. This is such a horrible example of a Hilton. Unbelievably terrible experience.

Suzie at the front desk was extremely helpful in resolving a booking issue and I just want to send her a big thanks!

Didn’t let us know that the elevator wasn’t working or air conditioning in lobby made it miserable to have breakfast

Price shown online WAS NOT the final price. I was charged $5 a night for parking then expected free continental breakfast like the other hotels have in that area, in that price range, only to be surprised with a $16 per person fee for their breakfast service. For less than $32, we found much better breakfasts the next mornings that we were nearby. And for $5 a night parking, I'd expect then to replace some those burned out bulbs in the lot. Looked like 80% were out ! At least the room was clean.

I didn’t like anything about it. I didn’t like anything about it. I was given a room where the closet door was directly across from the bathroom and also right by the entrance. Every time you tried to enter or leave, you would end up bumping into either the bathroom door or the closet door. It was a complete mess just trying to get in and out of the room or the bathroom. The breakfast is pretty standard, just like what you get at other hotels that are actually more affordable. The problem is that you have to keep asking for coffee, and the juice isn’t even out where you can serve yourself. Since when do hotels hide the coffee and juice at breakfast? I really don’t understand. There were other issues as well. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Midland with much better and more spacious rooms, better service, and better breakfast, all at a lower price.

The toilet in my room did not flush otherwise it’s a great hotel.

Slept good !! Clean room !

Zero problems. Everything was clean, and the breakfast was awesome. The area was great, and I felt safe.
-
Room was clean. Had higher floor so it was very quiet.
-
The water pressure in shower was very low.
-
Everything was clean and staff was awesome!

The Accessible room was not as clean as hoped. The bed smelled, and the roll-in shower had no water pressure, making it hard to wash.

We drove around to the front to go back into the room for a forgotten cosmetic bag, and it was no longer there. We inquired with the front desk immediately and again the following day, but it was not produced. It is very sad that your property goes missing at a hotel of this brand. well over $1,000.00 of property vanished. Beware of this at this property!
