Once in the room TV was broken asked 3 times for a new tv the staff never delivered another tv 4 day in a hotel room with a broken tv !!!

The room's refrigerator didn't work, so I couldn't keep drinks cold during my entire stay.

Overall, the hotel was hospitable and our room was clean. We chose this hotel mainly because of the pool, but unfortunately it didn’t look as nice as the booking photos. The water was cloudy, and we could feel sand or debris on the bottom. Breakfast was good and on par with what we expected. Overall, a decent stay, but the pool could use some attention.

Breakfast was OK; however, a few items started running out at 9:30, and they were not refilled even though there were 30 minutes left and new guests kept arriving.

During our stay, the front desk clerk, Brooke, was extremely rude and spoke to us in a condescending tone. As an experienced traveler who has visited many destinations both domestically and internationally, I have never experienced such disrespectful and humiliating treatment from front desk staff. I believe this behavior does not reflect the standards of this establishment and should be corrected by management. For that reason, personally I won’t be choosing this particular establishment at this location ever again.
