My husband Jim has been trying to deal with booking.com for a month. The phone numbers provided were not active and you apparently require correspondence from my email. We had no hot water in this facility so we were unable to shower/wash in the morning. We had to pack up and find another hotel. Obviously we are looking for a partial refund for our first night and a full refund for the night we had to cancel. Please assist

Has pool… and stores are close with pizza in walking distance. Pool was closed on the same day I arrived apparently for maintenance. Unfortunately, I did not get to utilize the pool. Plus, No breakfast available.

Room was very cleaning staff was great 👍

I appreciated the filtered water dispenser in the fitness center. My room unfortunately smelled of a pet, but it’s nice pets are accepted. The carpet in the hall could use a good cleaning especially the huge wine (I hope it is and not blood) stain on the first floor hall on way to fitness center

Additionally the balcony door was stuck each time I tried to open it. On the positive side, the suite was spacious and comfortable , specially the bedroom. The environment was quiet, peaceful . And relaxing . Despite the few issues I encountered I had a pleasant stay and would definitely come back again. Thanks Sonesta Select.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I liked the room. The hall ways...

Staff was friendly. Most part things looked well kept and clean. Great location. I had face cloths that had dried up coffee stains or something on it, towels that looked like there was blood on them. When telling the staff this, it appeared like the staff didn’t care nor wanted to hear/‘deal about it. They didn’t look washed by any means. All they did was hand me new face clothes. The tub was fair lot of soap buildup along the walls of the tub. Which made the tub extremely slippery. We were hoping there would be some sort of breakfast that we could have gotten however it looked very much closed. Our sheets and comforters also appeared to have been to have a bunch of stains on them as well. Room looked fairly clean.

TV that only gets Roku channels is so annoying--just give me regular live TV channels! Fridge is too small, TV is not well positioned for watching while in bed.

He got to the room and the beds were not made! Had to go all the way back to check in and the clerk said Oh sorry. We Had to ask for a room closer to elevator. The clerk Seemed put out - even though we weren’t upset. Hotel was clean and quiet
