Element by Marriott Minneapolis Downtown

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were always very friendly and welcoming. The room doors tend to slam quite loudly, which can be disturbing, especially at night or early in the morning.

Absolutely loooved this hotel! Staff was amazing, was so clean & the complimentary breakfast is amazing! Everyone was so friendly-we will stay here every time it's an option 5⭐️

Two areas for improvement: 1. Kitchen is not very well equipped which is a challenge for us because we cook when we travel. 2. The biggest thing I would change (and reason for four stars instead of five) is the carpet! It is not well maintained and stinks! The whole room actually has had a musty smell both times we have stayed and this time my husband and I were going around hunting for it. We think it may have come from the HVAC itself?

When arriving front desk were helpful, the room was awesome, the amenities were great! I recommend this hotel!
