All was good, overall clean room and hotel. Saw hair on the towels two times which was a disappointment, but the rest was very clean which helped the towel incident to not have a big impact on my overall experience. The location was great, in downtown, close to great restaurants and important venues.
-
It was a truly delightful stay with great service and room. 5 star experience.

My only concern with this property is the location and the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. Unfortunately, it was not a very good experience because the property is located near a hospital, and we could hear ambulance sirens on the street approximately every 15 minutes. The constant noise was quite disturbing and made it difficult to get enough sleep and relaxation. Better soundproofing in the rooms would greatly improve the experience for guests.

Everything we thought it would be. Lived up to the standards they have set.

Good service. Clean great staff
-
The room was clean and beautiful. I waited 90 minutes for room service & when the food arrived it was cold. I kept calling to contact anyone & couldn’t get ahold of anybody. 80$ down the drain for 2 dinners & an appetizer.

Located close to the stadiums. Easy walking distance to Target Field, Target Center, and US Bank on the sidewalks or Skywalk! Be careful if you're outside as there was a shooting right on the corner near the Mary Tyler Moore Statue in front of Dayton's at 11:30 am on Sunday morning. There are some sketchy people that will confront you or try to engage you. Be aware and observant and mind your own and you'll be fine.keep to yourself and move along, do not be afraid to tell the local drunken vagrants to get away from you though! Also the bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable, all you could feel was springs.

No hot water for 18 hours of our stay. I had to take a cold shower. I understand these things happy however, the staff was aware the night before and ignored it causing repair delay.

It was clean, well organized, perfect location and the staff were great. Highly recommend them to all!
-
Property is a bit misleading. It's really closer to a 2 to 3 star at most property. good location, good staff. that's fine, the isue is once you get to the room. Very outdated, our room smelled like covered up cigar smoke. the bathroom shower took quite a while to warm up and even with the shower door closed, water flooded the floor. was a mess. The room itself really shows it's age, atleast 30 to 40 years old and in need of updating. Wouldn't stay there again for the money unfortunetly. There are much better properties for less money.

All staff were very professional and kind. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
-
Room was clean, staff was super nice had a great experience.
-
Second, small thing is that the elevators are extraordinarily slow to respond. Overall though, a very nice property.
-
Its a good hotel but at 9:20 a person enter in the room. She didn't knok at the door, just open with her key, maybe she was housekeeper. Its not safe to keep your staff in the room. Be careful.
-
Room was clean, we were falsely advertised to however with rooms. We purchased a king suite, and our reservation was not for a king suite. Furthermore, the staff tried to change our room to 2 doubles without our consent.
-
Clean and comfortable room. Helpful and friendly front desk staff
-
Beautiful room, easy check in. Would definitely stay again!
