We arrived early and the valet was excellent and the wait time was minimal they were able to get us into a room when we got there and the view was very nice. The staff was helpful when we asked questions.

Not the worst, not the best. Average at best. Whatever you do, don't stay the day after a Griz football game or your room will be funky.

Best hotel in Downtown Missoula

Property and staff were great. Great location. Close to shops and restaurants.

Really nice hotel in a great location. Checking in and out was really easy, and everyone who was working there was really nice to deal with. My room was really comfortable, and I liked having the option to not use housekeeping every day. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Missoula.

We are travelling with our 1 year old and room was big enough for him to crawl/ walk. The location was great very close to restaurants. You could find parking easily. The staff was great!

Room was clean, staff were helpful. Valet was quick and friendly. bar staff were friendly. Restaurants in building were convenient and had good food. In walking distance of shops and river front.

Excellent location, hotel was clean & comfortable, the staff were great. Breakfast a little basic, but otherwise excellent alround.

This should be a great place - comfortable beds, spacious shower, great location, nice lobby and bar. But it needs to be updated. The couch in our suite was dirty, worn and broken. We literally could not sit on it without slipping off. The carpeting was wore out and should be replaced. For the price we paid the hotel can take some of that money to upgrade and replace unusable furniture! I would not stay again.

Clean room. Best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel! Convenient location, can walk just about anywhere. Was worried about the parking but we never had trouble fining a parking spot the whole week we were there. Definitely will be staying here again!!
