Best Western Airport Inn

The front desk staff was friendly, but over extended with his duties making it difficult for him to be available at the front desk when needed. Their is no elevator, so if unable to use stairs, I would request a room on the 1st floor. The location is minutes from the airport and convenient to main roads, The down side of the location is that it is surrounded by run down and closed motels, creating a look of not being safe. Overall, the experience in the hotel was fine.

Bed bugs found within 30 mins of being there spent an hour between Expedia and hotel trying to get a refund

Clean room, no frills just a decent place to sleep.

No convenient elevator for many rooms. The breakfast was good in general. It was not very updated, but it did seem recently clean.

Our room was clean, but the toilet seat slid around on the toilet when you sat down. There were full garbage bags in the hallway . Not impressed at all!

This was easily one of the worst hotel stays we’ve had. The room and bathroom felt dirty, poorly maintained, and frankly unsanitary. The bathroom was especially bad. There was cracked tile, deteriorating/discolored grout and caulk, rust, apparent water damage, poorly patched walls, and bugs/spiders in the room. The photos really speak for themselves. It wasn’t just cosmetic, either. The ice machine had brown sludge/residue coming down from it, which was absolutely disgusting. The vending machines were practically empty, and one of them took my money without dispensing anything. Breakfast was awful enough that we gave up on it and went to Target to buy bagels instead. To top it all off, we felt sick after staying here. I obviously can’t prove the hotel caused it, but given the cleanliness issues we saw throughout the property, it certainly didn’t make us feel any better about the stay. We had originally planned to stay here again on our return trip. After this experience, we canceled that reservation and booked another hotel that cost roughly twice as much. That should say everything. I’m usually willing to overlook an older hotel or some cosmetic wear when the price is reasonable. This was different. Basic cleanliness and maintenance were simply not there. Never again.

Clean My Husband Said the breakfast is not good

The room was clean, the beds, work comfortable, the carpeting in the hallway and up the stairs needed cleaning. The shampoo dispenser and body wash dispenser in the shower were both empty. The breakfast was typical make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, and some fruit. The sausages were quite tasty. The price was right, for a quick overnight stay before continuing on our journey.
