I did stay, I tried to cancel after finding out it wasn't in the state I was trying to go to. Booking.com scheduled us for a trip to Louisiana when we were trying to get to Wisconsin. I put Wisconsin in the search but Booking.com set us up in the wrong state. No where on the confirmation did it refer to the state so I got duped. Then when I emailed Hilton, I got no reply. But I did get all of these emails asking how my stay was. 400+ dollars out of my pocket and a canceled trip to see my family is what my experience was. I am not happy and plan to avoid both companies since this is how you roll. I would have understood had someone reached out and said anything. These emails asking me how my stay was show me you aren't even aware there was a problem although I sent several emails and made several phone calls to you. I am not a happy customer. Seriously? Respond to my attempts to reach out. Refund my money. Put a state on your confirmation email.
