Staff were very friendly and accommodating Smoke detector was beeping; bath mat didn't seem clean

There were folks in the parking lot that were NOT hotel guests.... Just kinda hanging out. And they were NOT quiet.

Toilet was broken in my room. They said didn't have another room to move us to but maintenace would fix it. Maintenance did not. Had to use bathroom at Dennys nearby. Next morning at 5 AM wanted to use bathroom, went to front desk to ask if I could use one in the office. They said No- gave me a key to a room to use that bathroom, I did not use it. Upon checking out, asked to be fully refunded, person at desk first argued the toilet was not broken. We went to room and he saw that the flushing button was in fact definitely broken. Still would not fully refund, gave me $50 reduction even though a working toilet is a basic requirement for a habitable room. Called Customer Care hotels.com , they contacted Vagabond Inn who said they gave us another room which was completely false as the key they gave the next morning was to just use the bathroom. Now having to file a legal complaint. Would caution anyone that management at this property is not accommodating, honest, nor reputable.

The room was fine and clean although the tub was well worn. The only amenity was the ice machine which was great. I will say that the staff really could use some customer service skills. I had reserved a queen room and they didn't have it. I had extended the reservation an additional night but they claimed not to have that, then when I paid a second time, the only decent employee told me I had two rooms and I think I got a refund. I was told there was no coffee but it turns out they did have coffee, I learned on my last day. When I spoke to staff, except for the cleaner, no one looked at me or made eye contact or acknowledged what I said. A little strange.

Room is clean and close to venue and allowed to park early.

The place is very basic, I've stayed at nicer places for less. Will not be coming back.

It had a decent location, it was close to food. This is a previous Motel 6, so that should tell you a lot. It is what it is, looked better in the photos, but it did the job for one night

While my room was clean (My friend said her room smelled like urine [I did not verify]) and the front desk clerk was nice, the sink was cracked and stained, the WiFi signal was weak (I had to go to the office just to be able to login), the bath towels were small and rough, and there wasn't even coffee available. However, there is a Denny's across street for those that want breakfast. Also, while I only paid a bit over $300 for 2 nights, I heard that the price was raised to $500 for Saturday night because of local events.

It was fine. The bathtub was just a bit worn-out.

The A/C was very noisy. Tiny bit of shampoo and soap for two. Not a welcoming looking place.

My key card kept getting demagnetized and not working and I had to get new key cards three times! If you want a budget hotel, this might be okay for you. I would rather pay more and have a decent location and room. I had a deluxe, 2 full size beds. The rooms are really small. The walls are extremely thin. I could hear everything and it was annoying.

You get what you pay for! Not too bad!!

It was about the least expensive place I could find, so there's that. And it was pretty clean, if a bit shabby in places. The modernization of the furnishings was nice, but most of the outlets were intermittently functional and the GFCI was entirely non-functional. Not having a fridge-let was a bit of a pain, but we made do without. Fresh air is a bit difficult as you have a single window and a single door, both on the same wall, so we slept with the window open. The window locks in the track don't work, so the window was wide open or closed. The parking lot is a bit of a hot mess. There's a narrow gap to get through both directions, because the gate at the rear of the property is locked full time. Lastly, the hotel is in a flight path, so that open window comes at a cost. We were also there while the local fair was going on right behind the property. So there's that. But it was clean and inexpensive, so it did what we needed it to do for us.

Decent spot for a couple of days

Front desk attendant was stellar!!

Rooms are clean, extra towels, soap & toilet paper were there without asking. Staff was helpful changing room keys only thing that was difficult was the parking but overall 10/10.

One get what one pay for, and in my case 2 night rate was overrated and the the 3rd one came in acceptable;-) There was some commotion going on, with a Tivoli on the other side of the road, and some guest enjoying rumbling in at late night/early morning.
