Nothing It was nasty an dirty an had bugs

Close to where I needed to be There were no blackout curtains and the was a light shining directly into my window. I did not sleep well at all.

Convenient location The room had a terrible odor. The drapes were ripped had to use a safety pin to keep the drapes closed for privacy.

I always book at a hotel with an exercise room. It's a must for me. This hotel has one, but the treadmill was not working. The last 2 other times it was out of order. I do not plan on staying here but will check out other hotels that have exercise rooms.

Nothing really! Upon arrival did not have a first floor room even though not bsy at all! First room had no AC! Was not told about where there was an elevator till hafter I dragged our lugage up the stairs! Staff was unfriendly an uncaring!!!

I actually was given a dirty room. Someone was occupied it smelled like marijuana. I went back to the front desk. She didn’t apologize. She just gave me another rule when in that room had a dirty bath towel hanging on the back of the door.

Breakfast wasn't that good.

The extra charge for a pet was too much, The hall smelled like pot and the room smelled very musky. We had a suitcase wrapped in a garbage bag in the back of our truck and somebody stole it, and we had 2 totes strapped on a trailer and someone cut the straps and stole a few items from the tote. So we were not very happy with our stay.

Overall peaceful ac wasn't working in 214,but we were moved with no issues

We had to sit and wait for someone to finally show up at the front desk to check in. When they finally arrived they had no idea which rooms had been cleaned yet. I was given a room number and told they weren’t sure if it was cleaned yet but I could go check. Poor customer service

Mold on the wall and ceiling in the bathroom. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Broken springs in mattress. Dirty floors.

not a thing They way overcharged me for my pets -if the amount they charge had been posted I would not have gone there. If the room was nice or clean I wouldn't have had such an issue with it but it wasn't, I paid almost $200 for a horrible room. The floor was sticky, the tile grout was black from dirt and it was originally tan (you can tell in the corners of the floor what color it was). The window broken and the closet door broken. But the worst thing is the tub was completely clogged so after the first person took a shower the second was standing in not only their dirty water but the pervious persons dirty water up to their ankles. It was disgusting!!!! I paid almost $200.00 for a nasty room that I didn't even want to have my dogs in. The owners are obviously too cheap to put decent floor s down and fix broken things but have not problem charging crazy amounts for very good and clean pets. They also left me a used, open soap for my shower and the shower seat with black stuff all over it!
