Quality Inn & Suites Raleigh Durham Airport

tv had great channels pictures online are nothing like the hotel. it is very ran down and could be cleaner. there was multiple bugs in our room, such as spiders and cockroaches.

It was hair in the tub. That didn't belong to us. 😒

great location

Hotel is definitely a little out dated. So many cracks in the wall you can see where the roaches like to come out. Definetly not my first choice.

Biggest I was trying to kill a roach, lost my balance, and fell I cracked my hip, so I am in the hospital at this time!

Some gross I think fecal matter on the wall near the toilet paper holder. Breakfast was minimal and mostly sugary. Plain yogurt would be good and non sweet cereals.

Pleasant

Good

Breakfast was a joke. Upgrades to the hotel were also a joke.

The room and beds were very clean.

Close to airport Rude staff in morning, desk was on personal phone and didn’t respond to me Hotel is run down and has lots of old leak repairs Room phone didn’t work Stair well was used for smoking in

cheap price, very clean, easy check in & check out

Liked the location. Quick access to 40 E in the morning. Average for other aspects of the stay. Adequate, needs better upkeep. Old and shows its wear

Very convenient

Bathroom had a leak which was left in repaired and left the strong smell of mildew and the ceiling looked to have mold or dust on it over the room

So close to the airport, but very quiet inside your room. Also easy access to food and shopping. Very clean and staff was superb!

The Elevator was dirty and carpet in the hallways need cleaned.

Breakfast

Staff was not helpful at all. Only spoke at check out and check in. Never told us about breakfast and or any amenities. Hotel was just ok. Fire alarm went off and there was no communication.

They took old room. Try to make them look up to date who did the work didn’t do a good job
