The property was clean and neat, I would stay there again. Thank you.!!

Everything in the room was outdated including appliances. It was fairly clean, but the bedside lamps had visible dust accumulated on them. I booked the business suite, which should’ve been a little more of an upgrade, but clearly wasn’t.

Very comfortable accommodation. Friendly staff. Quiet no noise.

I'm in the process of preparing a house to sell in Mountain Home, this is my go to place to crash for the night after spending hours without air conditioning doing home repairs! The rooms are spotless! The shower has many adjustable settings (so nice for my aching back!). The beds are incredibly comfy, the breakfast choices are awesome!

The rooms are pristine and always well supplied (towels, toilet paper, coffee, etc). The beds are super comfortable, the staff always friendly, and the breakfast is amazing!

It's a very clean place only complaint we have is the wifi is very weak and the tvs aren't smart tvs. But staff is wonderful. And very clean place to stay.

Cleanliness

The office staff and cleaning crew provided great service and a clean room. Breakfast was provided daily and included eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, fruit, cereals, etc. My personal preference woud have been scrambled eggs instead of hard boiled eggs. Otherwise it was nice.

Easy check in. Pleasant staff. Clean rooms. Adequate breakfast.

Clean Nothing

Rooms and everything over all was decent and price wasn’t bad. Only complaint is noise. Someone banging and knocking on the wall all night long. Housekeeping was knocking on the door about 9:30-9:40 when check out is 11.

Had a problem at check in that I had already checked in, in person but had not which was odd. Then someone came into my room at least twice when I wasn’t there, but did not make the bed or refresh the towels. I knew because the blinds were open once and someone put a dnd sign on the door knob that I did not place there, made me uncomfortable

Right off the bat we found several baby roaches in the room. It was terribly hard to get the shower to work, and when I did there only lukewarm water. Staff was friendly, check in and out were easy, but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

It good all staff was friendly and very respectful would stay again.

The room was clean and the bed was heaven. The man at the front desk never smiled or greeted me. He just looked at me until I said something. Once my reservation was found I was told they gave my room that I reserved to someone else! I needed the first floor due to health issues. The manager said he put me on the 2nd floor where there were no kids around me. I requested this because I work 85 hours a week and just needed to sleep. There were kids running up and down the hall and knocking on the doors of guests! The manager stated he would assist me with my bags up 2 flights of stairs. He never came back to help me. When I saw him later in the evening he said, "I forgot about you." What?!? Like, obviously! One of the main reasons I booked here was because of the outdoor pool. It was green and murky. The ph balance was clearly off. No pool relaxation here. I definitely won't be staying here again and thats too bad because I'm in town at least once a month. The customer service has much to be desired.

Travel to Mt. Home 2-4 times a year. Have handicapped family member there so need
