Didn't eat breakfast there it looked ok. Wasn't aware that the pool was not working and the door to our room wouldn't latch or close all the way. Overall a pretty run down hotel.

The place was dirty. The hallways and lobby area were not air conditioned.

When I arrived, I found out my reservation had been cancelled. No prior notice given.

No ac in hall ways an ac off in rooms. Made for a miserable night the first night trying to keep it cooled off. Rooms certainly did not portray the web site. Worst IGH I've been too honestly. Will not stay again

That they had a designated dog facility around back and, were very welcoming to our precious puppy. The bathroom could have used a refreshing and more attention to detail or lack there of.

Breakfast was good didn't change from day to day. Room was clean but bathroom door catch extremely dangerous. It cost me 10 stiches' in my hand. and was not addressed when reported.

I told my husband we will definitely search out more Garner Hotels. It just felt good to be there.

Our room had a musty smell. The grout in the bathroom was moldy. We had a leak from the room above us.

We had a leak from the room above us over our toilet. They didn't seem surprised when we told them about it. The room smelled musty and it was old.

We were nervous based on the previous reviews, but we had a great experience. The renovation made it feel clean and refreshed. Our door was a bit hard to close/open, but overall it was a nice stay. We chose this hotel due to the option of a two double beds and 2 pull out couches in one room for our family. Our boys loved the two large TVs in the room. A microwave in the room would have been nice.
