The location was amazing. I loved the view of the beach!! Nothing

The breakfast, location, staff, cleanliness. The room had everything you need. Dishes, beach chairs, umbrella etc.. the room was very cute decorated. The beds were VERY uncomfortable. The property Smelled like marijuana.

I love the room size and view The pool area looked like there were some concrete issues.

I liked obrein one of the staff members, we had to switch rooms 3 times, but he fixed the problem. The supervisor I talked to before I talked to him acted like she didnt even care, and her attuide was terrible

Perfect spot on the beach. Best prices in the city. Everybody that was friendly, even saw a guy wholooks like my little brother. A variety of different lounge areas with pools. The room had a kind of stale smell, and could probably use a diffuser. Quite sure you heard enough about the parking deck being tight. The elevators are kind of scary. No reflection on the hotel, but a couple of guests around My room decided that smoking on the balcony was a good thing, ruining the fresh air. The breakfast was rather mid, but cures hunger. Nothing really bad at all.

That booking.com didn't tell that there was an extra charge at the resort for damages you have to choice 1 is 40 some dollars you don't get back or the 100 you get back on your card in 14 days .. Wish I knew about this before hope they let others know about this .

Check in was a smooth process. With our welcome package we also recieved free tickets to local attractions. The staff, Ishmael, Ty, and Regina were all very kind and helpful. We experienced a few minor inconveniences during our stay because the hotel is older, but Regina was able to help us out and get everything resolved to our satisfaction. Not once did anyone ever make us feel bad for bringing something to their attention. The pools, hot tubs and lazy river were all cleaned daily. The breakfast was hot and always had a ton of options. It was way more than we expected. It has direct beach access. The room was clean and well stocked with toiletries. We had a few minor issues due to age of the hotel, but again they were resolved quickly and everyone was happy to do so. The cleaning staff stops by daily to exchange toiletries and towels and take out trash. The breakfast attendants were friendly and one even sang as she was cleaning. The entire staff seemed happy to be there. The check out process was smooth. Parking is a little tight but it’s doable. I’m glad we picked this location for our anniversary.

The rooms were clean, stocked well with full size kitchen appliances. Great view overlooking the beach!! Had a great time and would definitely stay again. Only downside is the bedroom is by the door and we were right across from the elevator and could hear it all night and people too but it was what it was and the parking is very tight . Otherwise wonderful place to stay

Clean, nice staff Curves up the parking ramp. No little table on balcony for drinks. Restaurant only open for breakfast. Not dinner. Didn’t want to leave the property for dinner. I thought this property had a full restaurant.
