Sleep Inn Naperville - Chicago

The elevator was out of order two of the four days of my stay. When I left it was still out of order.My room was on the 3rd floor with no help in sight to help, not to mention that I am 70 years old and I traveled by myself. There was no need of me asking for any answers because when I did ask the clerk that was on duty about the elevator he just kept on walking with his airpod in his ear, so get your room on the first floor just in case.

The location fit our needs, the room was dated. The bathroom door is next to one of the double beds (queens weren't available) and it opened blocking the sink, so the person using the sink had to keep moving in order for the person coming out of the cramped bathroom to exit. The shower is just a swinging glass door that did not keep the water from flooding the small bathroom floor. The gentleman who checked us in was unfriendly and standoffish. Usual breakfast fare, luckily there is a Cracker Barrel next door.

The room smelled a little moldy but it was ok. Wouldn't stay here again though.

The attendant was very rude and unresponsive. He did not speak to us and just gestured where to go. He was very rude and did not help us or point where we needed to go.

Do better.

Everything was great. Room was nice.

The room we had was a king rm. I didn’t care for the separation of the bathroom. Sink is in the hotel room next to the bed and the toilet and shower were in another room with a door. Very strange- not a good feature. Other than that I have no complaints.

Not bad. Everything is clean. It’s no ritz but it’s well kept. Very clean. No complains at all

someone from the hotel continued to call me while I was driving and then left me a rude message stating that if I didn't call them by 6:00 p.m. My reservation would be canceled. got there at 8:45 at my reservation had been canceled and I was 5 hours away from home. several other hotels in the area were booked. had to drive 30 minutes from where I had to be for another hotel me

Bit dated hotel but everything worked

Checking in, the guy was coughing up a storm and did not even cover his mouth. Then there was a bunch of hair on the side of the shower and the toilet seat was loose. The breakfast area was just too small.

The hotel was ok. Outdated bathrooms and the keys kept getting desensitized, hotel is fine for a few nights.

Decent property for one night stay. This is a step up from a Motel6. Conveniently located. The room was small. The beds were mostly comfortable. The hot water worked, the shower was decent but it’s weird, like a shower pod that you step up into. The breakfast options were nice. The room was very dark. The carpeting everywhere needs to be replaced or deeply cleaned. Overall the hotel smells musty inside. The rooms need the filter replaced.

Staff is awesome, room was very clean and comfortable

Good location, easy on and off the highway, comfortable bed. Breakfast was meh. Bare minimum of choices.

Very pleased with my stay.
