DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Nashville Airport

Rooms where clean and the pool area was a nice relaxing place. Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The airport shuttle driver drove erratically but we made it safely to the hotel. However the staff at the front desk acted like they had never seen a traveler before and didn’t welcome us, didn’t make eye contact or even speak to us until I awkwardly stared at her-and we were the only people in the lobby. They gave us no quick run through of anything about the hotel except how to get to our room. She did offer us a cookie right before we walked away which was delicious, and the rooms and property were clean and well maintained. Luckily there was a QR code at the bedside to give us info. We did not eat there as the menu seemed really overpriced, the staff at the bar were friendly though. The patio/pool space outside was really neat, however the outdoor pool bar was closed even though according to online it was supposed to be open but we never really found out why. I would recommend, but have low expectations for the front door staff.

Friendly service. Regina at the front desk was great! Room was dirty. The bathroom had mildew and the room wasn’t cleaned one day. We spoke to housekeeping and it was still not too clean.

The room was very spacious and had a microwave and fridge which I loved! However, parking is $18 per night which I think is very outrageous. Because of that, I would be hesitant to rebook with them. The staff was very friendly too.

No way is this a 4 star hotel. The rooms and hallways are old and musty smelling. Its a 3 star, maybe 3.5 star hotel. Should only be charging $--- a night. I stayed at the Sonesta Nashville Airport hotel that was 4 star rating...no comparison.

Hilton needs to remove there name from this hotel Then at 9am we have house keeping knocking on the door waking everybody up. Terrible
