The hotel was beautiful!! It was so big I got lost trying to find the front desk. A staff member was extremely helpful taking me to where I needed to go. I knew the hotel was expensive but I didn’t realize that the items in the gift shops were so expensive too. Paid $24 for small bag of popcorn and 2 pieces of small fudge.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Remember to take that boat ride in the Delta section for some very interesting fact about the hotel and plants. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We were near the big waterfall in the Cascades section so it was a little noisy on the balcony but the black out curtains in the room diminish the sound when closed. We are old and like to get in bed early. The live music in the Falls bar was very loud until 10pm. Our only really big complaint was the elevators. There were so many elevators out of service that the time spent waiting for elevators in a 6 story building was way longer than it should have been. They do provide a free shuttle to the Opry Mills Mall. There is lots to explore and multiple dining options in the hotel. Overall we had a great stay.

Everything!!!! Wish the parking fees were less expensive or included in your stay

The plants were beautiful We couldn’t see through the plants to help us find where we were trying to get to. Map was useless. Very frustrating. Wouldn’t recommend

El lugar es realmente hermoso y la atención también, lo único que notamos es que el área de la piscina está un poco abandonada para como está el resto del hotel.

The place is beautiful but, NO cash allowed, a lot of walking & very pricey.

Was too hot in hallways

The hotel is beautiful, but too big for my taste Confusion finding places and staff not giving good direction. Met so many people who couldn't find pools and restaurants.

Booked a personal driver to downtown Nashville. Confirmed with the hotel 3 times on the location of pickup and time. Driven to Nashville no problem. We requested to be picked up at 8:30. 8:30 came and no one arrived. Called the hotel. They told me to catch a cab to the hotel and no drivers were available. Did refund my prior ride. Still not satisfied

Everything I feel there isn’t a need for valet parking. I like to control where I park my vehicle

Beautiful room with a balcony, everything is 5 star, easy access to all of the resort and walkable to local restaurants and shops. Very safe area

Very beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Restaurants a little too expensive and not enough of variety of cuisines. We had to go to P.F. Chang’s to eat or Assembly Food Hall. But if you are looking for something spectacular in terms of the ambiance and atmosphere this is the place to come.
