Homewood Suites by Hilton Nashville Airport

Great staff. Clean comfortable room. Would stay there again.

This hotel is very close to the airport, which is nice but very loud with planes flying directly above all day, whenever a plane would fly over our TV would glitch and sometimes lose signal altogether. Parking costs $10 per day. I felt as though the room could've been cleaned better upon check in, there were some hairs in the bathroom / sink / shower from the previous guest and on our first day I stepped on an earring that was on the bedroom floor from a previous guest. The air condition unit in our room was very loud and would make a very loud noise everytime it would start up. Breakfast was good, and lots of options.. the staff member who was working breakfast was wonderful. We stayed in a suite and it was spacious. Safe area. Lots of food options. Approx 15 mins from broadway.

The room was clean. The property was well kept. Great location. Kitchenette a plus and sm fridge.

The continental breakfast is pretty good. It was good for the first few days and then water came in through the ceiling and my hotel room flooded. They made me pay for that night and tried to get me to stay in the room overnight.

I liked the fact that you offer 2 room suites. I like the location. I’m sure we had bed bugs. I was scared to mention to my friend in the other room and two weeks after we came home from our cruise she told me that when she pulled the covers back she saw a few tiny bugs. She had the room with the king bed and I was in the two queen beds room. I saw a tiny bug slowly moving and I got tissue and removed it so I decided I’d sleep in the other bed, God is my witness when I pulled the covers back TWO TINY BUGS. I prayed until I went to sleep and I slept with something over my hair. Also, both bedrooms and the common room windows were wide open when we arrived. I went downstairs to see if that was normal for your hotel and the clerk said no. Hair was left on my sink and a dirty towel behind the bathroom door.

Cars broken into in parking lot! Room was good.

Reported to desk clerk who promised to send maintenance man who never came to room. Evidently a problem for others in hotel. Also, sofa not very deep and hard. General impression, not up to usual Hilton standards!!

This location is not safe, we saw 3 cars in the parking lot that their windows were broken into in. When asked about it to the hotel staff, they simply replied “there has been some theft in the area”. We checked out and did not stay the night.

The friendliness of staff Breakfast wasn’t our favorite. Room wasn’t as clean as we had hoped. Wasn’t horrible just not as great as we had hoped. Paying for parking. Should be included with price of hotel room.

Room was really spacious. Beds were comfortable and the AC blowing nicely. The breakfast was better than most hotels so my family and I really enjoyed our stay here.

Rooms need a better cleaning, there were multiple clumps of long hair on the floor around the room and the floors need a better cleaning.
