Hyatt House Nashville Airport

It was as expected. I inspected pretty closely and am picky. I didnt find anything that bothered me.

The room was clean. The bed was AMAZING. The pillows too. Legit trying to buy my own now. I do wish we would have had a full fridge and an air fryer option since no oven.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast food was just ok, and the staff ran out of bowls and silverware. But I also could understand why, as it was a very busy morning. Also, one of the elevators was out of order. It wasn’t a huge problem, but noteworthy.

Unit was very clean & nice. Had issues with getting the TV to work. Front desk wasnt very helpful. It is ridiculous to be charged $14 to park, when staying there. Parking should be included with your stay.

Excellent breakfast selection, very good beds, pool was clean and comfortable. No hot tub.

The room was clean and the front counter staff were nice. We were told the shuttle runs every 30 minutes. To avoid returning our rental car early on the morning of our flight, we arranged with the front desk to drop the car off at the airport the day before and have the shuttle bring us back to the hotel. Instead, we waited more than an hour, breathing in car and bus fumes, and called the hotel three separate times to ask where the shuttle was. During that time, we watched shuttles from many other hotels come and go at least three times each, so traffic doesn't explain the delay. Because of this experience alone, we will probably go back to the Holiday Inn Express, where we have always had great stays.

Staff was pleasant and helpful, hotel was very clean, hot breakfast was wonderful

This is probably our 5th stay at this property. It has always been a go to when coming to Nashville. The location is great and I do like the rooms. Like I said before this is probably our 5th stay, but this was the first time that we have ever had to pay to park at this location. That is a $14.00 dollar parking to park right out side my window at the hotel.

I don’t like the breakfast time, they said from 6 to 9 at 8:45 they pick up the food

I don’t like the breakfast finish too early, can be extended to 9:30 more varieties, the 3 days was the same thing.

Great spot for a long weekend in the area.

Casey at the front desk was extremely helpful and super friendly. Keisha and Richard at the bar were friendly and enjoyable. The entire staff was on point and I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would also stay again and again
