Great stay! Nice property. Helpful staff
-
The room is quite a good size! The shower had excellent water pressure and everything was very comfortable. Staff was helpful and location was a reasonable walking distance from Broadway.

Enjoyed my stay and ease of getting around the downtown.

Exceptional

Overall the hotel and my staff were pleasant. The perk plan the hotel offered during my stay was confusing: was told free drinks but what was free was a very limited selection. My room was laid out nicely and was very clean. The breakfast was tasty but limited. During my stay, construction next door was going on and started at 6:30 am which meant I couldn't sleep in. If you are staying at the hotel during 2026, make sure to ask for a room not facing the construction.

Hotel has a great location. Walking distance to broadway. But far enough away from any noise or crowds. The hotel restaurant is understaffed most days that we were there and took a while to get a drink. The food is great and comes out hot. Nashville hot chicken was fantastic. Free breakfast was decent. Hot food is the same daily with cheese egg omelette and sausage. They also have a waffle station. Be aware there is no parking on site. There is only valet which is $53 per 24 hours. Was not a fan of the cost but there was no other option as other parkades in the area charge hourly. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is currently under significant construction, which was not clearly disclosed on Expedia when I booked. The photos displayed on Expedia do not accurately represent the property's current condition and, in my opinion, constitute false advertising. Customers should be clearly informed about ongoing construction and shown current, accurate photos before booking.

Clean, friendly staff, convenient location to downtown!
-
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I also appreciated the convenient location and the amenities that made it feel more like a comfortable home base than just a hotel. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Nashville. Highly recommended!

Amazing staff, clean property. Rooms look exactly like the pictures. I hope to come back to Nashville and specifically stay in this hotel again.

Wonderful hotel. The perfect location for enjoying Nasville. Just out of the main party areas so its quiet but you can be in Printers Alley or Broadway on foot in just 15mins. Hotel staff are so polite and helpful. A really enjoyable experience.

Location was a bit of a trek/hike from Broadway but it was doable. We just wish that we didn't have to do it during a heat wave. Uber from hotel to most local/downtown attractions usually costed around $7 to $9. Breakfast was great but it would have been good to have the Labor Day hours match the typical weekend hours. Closing the food room at 9:30am resulted in us missing breakfast because it was promptly closed as we were coming into the foyer. The $20 daily fees are a bit annoying especially considering the fact that they are taxed and they will give you a $10 daily credit...if you purchase food from one of their food venues and charge it back to your room. Very difficult to get the credit on first night...when eating hotel food might not be top of mind when you arrive. Cost of Valet Parking is a bit steep considering the vehicles are just kept around back at one of the outside parking lots. Not sure how protected the vehicles are back there and it only takes a minute to use the parking lot yourself.
