Good breakfast, helpful staff

I had a very bad scare on my first night there. Around 12:30 AM someone was pulling at my door and trying to get in. I called the front desk to let them know and the young man was very nice and said he would come and check. I don't know if he came upstairs to check or not because I was scared to get close to the door. Needless to say it was a very sleepless night for me. Another thing was regarding the ice machine on the 3rd floor. I stayed there a month ago and the ice machine was broken, a month later and the ice machine is still out of order!

Staff was great but had no exhaust fan in restroom woth no water pressure.

AC not working. Had to have a confrontation with the night manager in order to get 2 fans brought up to our room for the first night of our stay. They moved us to a new room for the following night and it was much better. I would suggest training for the night manager on how to speak to customers.

Guy in the front had a terrible attitude

The room is clean but the door from the bathroom lock is not working and the water pressure is too low that we were not able to take a shower on our first night of stay. I talked to the front desk regarding the issue but was told that there is no maintenance available to help and promised that the maintenance will be working the following day. Unfortunately the maintenance did not work the next and was told that since it’s weekend that the maintenance is not scheduled to work during weekends. They should have on call maintenance in case there’s an issue in the room. I spoke to the manager Nicholas and was not satisfied with how he handled the situation.

Had a one night stay, and was very impressed. Everything is so clean. The room was very clean. The staff in the front lobby was so helpful and kind.. very impressed with this hotel.

Very nice front desk. Very clean libby and rooms. Bathrooms could use an update!

It was clean and nice. Only part sucked was our room didn’t get that cold and we weren’t able to control the thermostat.
