Multiple choices for breakfast and well cooked and presented. Behind the counter staff friendly. Booth seating had a T.V. Location of hotel was easy for us to get on the freeway. Can’t think of anything! Can’t think of anything that needed improvement.

Location Need better pillows

It was close to where I needed to be. I needed to be close to the airport and it wasn’t far. It was along a busy highway and I’m sure the rooms along there could hear the traffic however I was on the other side of the hallway and did not hear the traffic at all.

Check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff were wonderful—professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their warm service set the tone for a great stay. My room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. The contemporary furnishings gave the space a fresh, upscale feel, and everything was clean, neat, and well maintained. The location is hard to beat: right in a convenient part of New Castle, Delaware and easy to navigate. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone traveling and looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay.

Weird and confusing road to get into the property. But once there, a wonderful hotel and the Starbucks right next door was fantastic.

The location was great easy off 95 and easy access on 295 The pillows need to be a little more firmer, but everything else was great
