Comfort Inn New Orleans Airport South

Room comfortable and good for Channels as a sports fan... Hotel has a little construction/ maintenance inside & out but did not affect my stay... Workout area / Fitness room as advertised very small but better than nothing... 3 miles away from airport but its a 10 -12 min drive guess it veers outside roads... Airport Shuttle complimentary great a little slow but whatever... Wendy across street, Also Shell Gas / small Casino about 1/2 mile great for snacks... Overall price paid very competitve...

It was very nice for a comfort inn and they had a clean breakfast n coffee area.

This was a very convenient location . The facility was very clean. The room was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable.

Location Room was not cleaned. No ice machine on the floor. Painting in progress and overall appearance was not as good

The sheets was stained and the inside of the hotel looked as if it was under construction it gave me more of a motel rather that hotel

Charged 2xs for one night. Tried to get get it straightened out at facility but was told I needed to get with you and you said I had to get with the facility. Would like to get this straightened out. Please either call or text me.

Upon arrival at the airport I called the hotel to request a shuttle to the hotel. The person who answered the phone was unfriendly. When the shuttle arrived at airport pick up point, the driver was rude as well. I learned that he was also the person at the front desk. Upon arrival to the hotel, he said less than 5 words then handed me my room key card. Less than 10 second. Then without another word walked away. It was crazy. I thought I should give him som grace. Maybe he was just having a bad day. Nope. I found my way to the elevator and to room 218. When I opened the door the musty smell was overwhelming. My fault. I reserved the cheapest room available close to the airport. As the room was dark I turned on the lamps and walked to the window. As I stepped in front of the window, I felt water squish under my feet. The PTAC unit was leaking onto the carpet. Ok. That happens. I reach up to open the curtains to let addition light in. The window was shattered and had a 8-10 inch hole in the window. It’s 95 degrees and 90% humidity. I went to the front desk and notified the same rude employee there was a hole in the window. His exact response was, We are aware.” Then he sat down and started scrolling on his smart phone. I asked him why he would knowingly put me in a room with a hole in the window. He became rude again. Rather than elevate the situation I tried to find a hotel near and could not find anything. I barricaded my door because I did not feel safe and the door would not

Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight! The place look like it’s having some repairs done to it!

With the hotel seemingly at capacity during the particular weekend, the staff was on point. Except for the room I was given at the time of checking in, my stay was better than I could've planned. My initial room assignment, of which the guests on each side of me were noisy & inconsiderate. The trash left in the parking lot at different intervals was an indication that many of my fellow guests that weekend were out of their elements.

I was only there for about 7 hours…long enough to sleep…before my early morning flight. The staff were helpful and EZ was the shuttle driver. He was incredibly polite and helpful. The hotel has recently been purchased and he said they are doing major renovations. The location doesn’t scream stay here, but it did feel safe and was definitely worth what I paid. If you just need a place to stay and aren’t concerned with proximity to restaurants and other amenities, my room was clean and well equipped with a mini fridge and microwave.

The stay was decent overall. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but the hotel could use some updates and the breakfast wasn’t tasty at all and options were limited. It was fine for a short stay, but there are areas that could be improved.

There was a dirty towel not picked up from someone before us and the toilet was backed up and the extra comfort we ask for had a huge round circle on it. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful.
