Staff helpful Nice to have laundry facilities in NYC when traveling with a family Only very small issue with 4 people in room had to keep asking for towels as only left two each time Not a deal breaker though

So close to time square. Location was amazing and everyone was super helpful.

The hotel was basic, and the check-in area is a little cramped. Room is a good size for Manhattan, but it feels like a decent motel, nothing special and not the higher standards I suppose I expected of Marriott. Apparently there is a big range in quality within the brand.
