Everything. It was a great stay! Nothing, everything was great!

It was ok The rooms were kinda small, I was surprised that I didn’t have a mini fridge or a small microwave.

The kindness of the staff. Helpful kind and how well they made us feel. Welcoming I liked everything

Central to everything The staff that was checking us in was not one bit pleasant. We didn’t get the room we booked. Meant to be water and cookie on arrival which we didn’t get. Arrived just after 3 to check in and was told our room wasn’t ready yet even though they said it was cleaned it needed to be so called approved. Had to wait 2 hours for our room. No apologies no nothing. Wasn’t even offered a bottle of water whilst we waited

Guests relations The street, location is good but in general, Times Square district is too noisy and too dirty unfortunately.

Arrived at 8am and was not able to check in until 6pm even after 3 requests to check in early. Frustrating wait time even past the expected check in time

Great Location Staff tried to charge more than booking.com but fixed it. Allgood otherwise

The hotel was well located near midtown. The rooms were a little rundown and the bathrooms could definitely use an upgrade. But for New York value for money.

The bed was nice and it’s in a great location. The building was dingy and our bathroom shower door didn’t close all the way, and when we turned the water to the hot position it made a terrible loud noise like something was going to burst.

Need better air conditioning had to get a fan for my room

The room was very clean and quiet. Cookie on arrival is a nice touch. Central location. Our room was too hot due to a broken aircon. It was also very small. If you have a lot of luggage or a big suitcase, it is a struggle. Lifts are slow.

Location, friendliness of the staff, room was clean Room was very smaal for the king bed. (709) Plus there was a loud noice through the vents when someone around us, we think, used the shower! The hotel Enegineer looked at it, supposedly but never heard anything back.
