Stayed there for a concert at Barclays Center (short and fun walk). Great location surrounded by shopping, restaurants, etc. Big, clean and comfortable room. Super friendly and helpful staff. Got a parking spot out front. Special mention for Christopher at the front desk who went out of his way to be helpful.

The location is great, the place is nice and clean and really spacious. But the staff are the standouts! Everybody is so helpful and kind, great team!!

Overall, a clean and nice play to stay for a few days during our visit to NYC. My only real complaint, if I believe what the staff told me (and I have no reason not to!), is that Expedia oversold the specific room type that I reserved. So, I did not get the room I expected. They "upgraded" us however, our room then came with 2 queen beds instead of 1 king. Not a huge problem, but not what I booked and paid for.

I stayed for one night because I didn’t want to travel all the way back to south Jersey after an event I had the Saturday night. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly. My only draw back was that I was parked in a perfectly fine parking spot and the valet parking attending still took my keys to move the car, why did t he tell me where I was parked was ok? Waste of $70!. Nevertheless overall good experience.

Me gusto la limpieza

The staff was always pleasant and helpful. There is plenty to do nearby (it's Brooklyn) within easy walking distance. We enjoyed the buffet style breakfast which was very good and included eggs to order if desired.

Very clean and super friendly helpful staff from the front desk to the house keeping. Safe and very pleasant stay.. convenient location to lots of trains to get around.

The facilities were clean and the staff were polite and helpful. The restaurant’s menu selection was limited but was very tasteful. Good service here. With the final price costing over $500 per night , I was expecting more. The room was indeed newly remodeled however the room’s coffee maker is positioned in a cramped cupboard that made it very difficult to access the controls let alone filling the units reservoir. One of the 2 elevators was out of service so the wait time was somewhat annoying. The overall experience at this facility was that of being at an upgraded motel and not a full scale hotel.

The Brooklyn Hilton is a great place to stay if you are coming to NY . It is convenient to all subways, Restaurants etc etc. Staff is great, Rooms are comfortable, Lobby great.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room!

Housekeeping could use some help. They delivered the wrong numbers of towels, glasses, etc.

This hotel had a clean room and nice staff but the room itself was lacking. The refrigerator was too small, it had no microwave the coffee maker was located on a sliding shelf in a cupboard with the tiny fridge, safe and ice bucket. For the price, we expected a bigger room, more amenities, two functioning elevators and more luxury. We were also over charged and if we hadn't called to complain, we would have really been robbed. Hilton used to mean luxury. This was an over-priced three star hotel in any city.

I didn't partake of the breakfast but was extremely pleased with everything else. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveller coming to New York.

Resort tax? Charging for the bottle of water???? I did not feel welcomed.
-
Too expensive for what they offered
-
Great property and the rooms are SO quiet and clean!!

Urban Destination charge per day of $35 was a surprise and unexpected. If you did not incur any charges to the restaurant or bar, you forfeited the charges. The second elevator was out of service the entire stay. Location was central to our activities (wedding venue and Brooklyn Tabernacle). Room was very quiet.
