Great for a solo traveler. Elevators can run slowly but hotel is clean and pleasant.

For a 'budget' hotel it wasn't bad. The staff was all nice, better than staff at more expensive hotels I've stayed at in NYC. We were able to save money because they were able to hold our luggage before check-in and after we checked-out. We were even able to check-in early unprompted. I like there was a fridge and microwave for treats and leftovers. The location was very convenient. No hidden "amenities' fees. The only issue I had was the hotel elevator might be busy at peak hours but the wait want that bad. I would stay here again

Quiet room, perfect location, room & bathroom cleaned everyday. The breakfast was okay, not great. So we ate it in places nearby instead.

Friendly staff. No real issues with elevators. All were working for the stay. Room was cleaned daily. Close to time square, broadway, 5th Ave and subway. Shower and sink would not drain.

The room was hot during the summer and the AC was not strong enough to really cool down the room. When we arrived, the toilet would not flush. We called and someone did come and fix it within an hour.

So only 2 blocks from time square. Room was spacious and staff was friendly. I would stay there again

The room was clean, spacious, and had great toiletries. The housekeeping was great. They were very responsive to text, calls, and in person asks.

The location of the property was ideal and was only around 5 minutes away from Times Square which was ideal. The size of the room was perfect too and plenty of space for our stay. Nothing it was ideal!

Great location and great staff. Terrible elevators, kept on breaking down and a family member got stuck in one. Fraying carpet, toilet needed maintenance.
