Brilliant location, friendly helpful staff The carpet seemed a bit smelly and had some stains on it. It looked like some parts of the room had been renovated like the tiles around the bath but some areas had a lot of wear and teat

The location isn’t too far from flatiron which is great. The rooms are small and our electrical didn’t work for a couple days. Rooms had a musty smell but overall the stay was fine. It was reasonably priced.

the bed was comfy, the air condition was excellent and the staff in the reception were friendly the elevators would conk out and then the line for it was long. The people waiting to go down in the lobby had to wait for about 2-3 trips before they could take the elevator which was a hassle when one elevator of the two was not working

The room was fine. There was a slight issue with the toilet handle not working, but the front desk and maintenance staff were super friendly and quick to respond. The location was excellent. The elevator - only two and they are SO SLOW. For 24 plus floors - this was a slight issue, but not if you aren't in any kind of hurry!
