Most of the staff was nice. However, at check out this morning at the front desk, I have never been treated more rudely and disrespectfully. The woman was shockingly rude and aggressive!

I like the location and the service is very good. The restaurant is very good as well. The room I checked into was not great. The AC didn’t work and the room smelled very bad. The AC was fixed when I called the desk but the room smelled like smoke the entire stay. This hotel needs a refresh.

The room had a funny fish like odour at the entrance on arrival Room service and maintenance cleaned Air con duct and carpet-it was better but still there when I left. Reported to check out team to sort-Otherwise a great stay and good b/fast with some very helpful staff.
