This was an excellent hotel with a very friendly professional staff comfortable rooms and an excellent location adjacent to subway station and a block away from Penn Station and all of its subway stations. You can quite literally get just about anywhere in the city you want to by taking a subway that is very close to the hotel.

Nice hotel in great location . Service staff is lovely. Bakery and bar downstairs is amazing. A better hairdryer and a robe would put the icing on the cake. Room was very quiet and bed and pillows nice and comfortable. Renovations being done on outside of hotel and while we didn’t have a view out of our window we couldn’t see anything due to the blue paper on it.

Great stay in an iconic hotel

The hotel was so clean. The location was great for what we were in NYC for. We wanted to be close to MSG and it was perfect. The shower was wonderful and the bed was comfy. The only downside was that it was could be loud for a light sleeper during the night. We could hear sirens and traffic at times. We could also hear people closing their hotel room doors and toilets flushing and showers running. We know the building is older so we kind of expected that. Not a deal breaker but I would have loved a sound machine for sleeping.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to Penn station and subway. Property is clean and staff very friendly.

The AC unit was extremely loud. The lighting in the room was terrible but was clean and my overall stay was good.

Although it is a non-smoking hotel it smelled like stale cigarettes in the halls and rooms.

Better than expected. Location was ideal. Rooms were nice, the shower was excellent and I appreciated the CO Bigelow shower products. I was all very nice.

Clean room. Nice but small bathroom. Could use towel hooks/rack. Room not cleaned for 3 days. Very loud drilling and hammering at 9am Fri morning which may have been fine but hadn’t arrived until 5am and wanted to sleep

The only thing I will know is the fact that I had to pay a $200 authorization which is pretty normal for a hotel room, but it says that it is returned within 5 to 7 days. It’s been eight days for me since checkout and I’ve not received my authorization back and the hotel will not message me back. I’m hoping this can be resolved quickly because we had absolutely zero issues with our stay other than this.
