Pointe Plaza Hotel

The room was big and clean with very high ceilings, that said there was one window which started at 6 feet and ran all the way up to the ceiling… No water bottles are provided but there is a water fountain downstairs…. They do offer breakfast in the morning.. The front desk was very polite and helpful and helped me store my luggage for a few hours after i had checked out.. Given the choice would not stay here again… this was the ONLY accommodation available at a break neck price owing to the UN General Assembly being in session…

Location close to buses, grocery store. Bottled water at reception. Generous supply of towels. Mattress soft and lumpy, no hot breakfast during Yom Kippur.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was very pleasant and clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful, and always happy to assist us with anything we needed. We felt very welcome throughout our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Near people we were visiting Room was tired and worn out. However the bed was comfortable and linen was clean. Reception staff were friendly based on brief interactions. General neighbourhood was untidy.

The close nature to everything we needed for our trip was vital. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly.

Average hotel, only the reception desk were good , very low quality breakfast was served by unprofessional lady. The poorest breakfast I have ever seen in my life. The morning starts with seeing the breakfast lady , really she should not serve hotel guests , she can work in prison or shelter.

Cordial staff. Shower is not a real one. It is a slippy box. Price is overtop given the location and condition of the property. Parking in the area is nearly impossible.

They had refreshments available at all hours. And the reception was very kind and communicative and helpful. My room was very quiet. The city noise did not bother me at all. N/A.

Nothing Dirty, old, it's below 3 stars for sure, I'm actually surprised how this place have fairy good reviews, place is disgusting, filthy and dirty. I couldn't sleep there one of the worst places I stayed my entire life.

Great room and very quiet. Staff was pleasant. Bathroom was new,clean and pretty spacious for New York. You can't find a coffee shop on Saturday within a half mile. Be prepared for Saturday and bring coffee and fixings. There's a machine in the room.

Everything about my stay here was far above expectations and was just truly exceptional! Fidel (unsure if I spelt that correctly) at the front desk was an absolute delight! When there was an issue in my room I was upgraded to the most gorgeous room. Everyone was helpful, everything was clean, and the bus stop is very close making commute to the city to sight see super easy. Just all around a great place to stay.
