Everything was excellent during stay just Hotel must add some asian foods n there breakfast menu

The beds were very comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good for a quick meal before heading to the airport. Overall, we had a great stay and truly appreciated the excellent customer service. Thank you for making our sisters' trip so enjoyable! We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in town.

The location was fantastic! Very easy walk to Bryant Park & NY public Library, Empire State Bldg, MSG, Rockefeller Center… Subway was just across the street. The hotel is under renovation right now, but the noise was not a nuisance. We had the suite that had an extremely comfortable sofa to rest at the end of the day, along w a kitchenette that was helpful as well.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Location was easily accessible to Times Square within a couple blocks. The property was in need of repair and updates. But we felt safe and well taken care of.

Great location The doorwaytoentrance is revolving door. We had 89 in walker so we had to open side door to get thru. It worked just alittleincovient

Had to reschedule trip and stay a few days longer than expected, were very accommodating and took great care of me. Highly recommend for friendly staff and overall great vibe.

Location was great! Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big enough and there were no problem with the elevators at all. Breakfast is OK, I think they need to add veggies. The room was a bit old but it doesn’t bother us. The only problem was the shower, very old and slow water flow. Hotel was pricey but I assume it depends on when you visit NYC

Breakfast was very good. Check-in was a bit of a hassle. A late arrival meant you couldn't get in through the front door till a security guy opened the door for check-in on the 3rd floor. Since we were late, we had to wait a few minutes for someone to show up. Check-in needs a major overhaul.

Staff were very friendly. The location as excellent, good amenities close by. The room was not very modern but comfortable. The lifts were awful! in the mornings we waited for over 15mins for one to arrive. The breakfast was good but very over crowded, very challenging to get a table.

I have stayed and plan to use this facility in the future as it’s location has proven to be perfect See above

The property is reasonably priced with a great location. Everything was very comfortable and you can't beat the free breakfast. Speaking of breakfast on the day I went down there to grab so coffee they were pretty much out of everything, and they were taking stuff down 5 minutes early. A gentleman asked for a bagel, and they just told him they were closed.

It was very centrally located in midtown with easy access to subway and within walking distance to Times Square and theatre district . Both a hot and cold buffet breakfast was included with a good selection of items available . Nothing

Great location for being able to go in different directions to see a lot of things. Our first night one of the toilets did not work. The next morning we could not get our water hot or even warm enough to take a shower. The lounge said it was open until 11pm but when we got down there for 8:45 the cook had closed the kitchen and we had to go find dinner elsewhere. The very last day we were told to get our keys at the front desk and give them 20 minutes to collect our car. We followed the instructions and when I went to the desk to collect the keys I was told to get them down stairs. We waited for 15 minutes for the elevator and when we got there the bell man told us we would have to go back up and get the keys after saying he did not have them. He did not try to help and we finally found the valet, who graciously ran upstairs for the keys. Over all paid a lot of money for two rooms for out family of 6 and made the best out of what we were dealt with.
