Everything. It was like we had an apartment with a door man in NY Financial District. Maybe a sliding door for the bathroom. You had to stand beside the toilet to open/close the door to the bathroom and to get into the shower.

Great rooms clean

The room and the bed. The location and cleanliness. The breakfast was not up to date. No cut fruit and no vegetables. The coffee was really bad and the scrambled eggs was very untasted.

Room was clean enough and had a nice view. I travel to the financial district fairly often and the staff was very helpful and friendly, which you don’t always get in Manhattan. No complaints.

Great place and great location. Close walk to food and subway to get to Times Square. The staff were all incredible and kept the hotel incredibly safe. The room was clean and spacious!

The property is in a great location. The staff were very helpful. The room was ideal for our stay and the bath room was spacious and clean. Breakfast times were very busy. There wasn’t enough seating.

Breakfast was great, location was fantastic. We would book this again The sofa bed, the mattress was too thin and had to get another mattress to be placed over. Staff were very accommodating and sorted out the issue straight away. My son was very happy and very comfortable after that.

I gave my Hotel Experiance only 3 stars. I booked it through Expedia, and due to unforseen circumstances ,I tried to cancel the reservation even tho it says it non refundable. Without giving any info it involves our kids. But hotel would not consider it, so I had to jump thru hoops to our moneys worth. I feel it would’ve been nice if they helped us out.

Overall, the hotel was nice, the location is great, and the breakfast was a nice bonus.

My room was clean, Breakfast is good. Staff were helpful. Only issue is they charge too much on water and snacks.Comfortable and safe stay overall.
