Clean room

It was a pretty hotel, really great staff, near Subway Station, great places around it, and really easy access. Love it!
-
We went to a show at the Kings theatre, easy walk, clean, nice grab and go breakfast, room was well appointed, even had a mini fridge
-
Very nice hotel and staff, but we found the rooms a bit small. However, the rooms were very clean and very well appointed.

The walls are extremely thin. I could clearly hear the person in the room next door talking on the phone throughout the night, almost as if they were in the same room Security was also a concern. There were people who did not appear to be guests hanging around the hallway where my room was located Between the cleanliness issues, noise, smoke smell, and lack of security, I would not stay here again

The staff was nice, but our hotel queen bed room was very small and clean. Some of the lights didn’t work and/or missing light bulbs. The room had an issue of excessive air blowing in from the window. The breakfast was good and the location is in walking distance for shopping!!

Great room for the price, clean and good staff. Area is a bit sketchy but hotel isnt
-
Well its like a motel at hotel prices

The rooms are very new and nice and clean. But very small and do not have things such as a microwave or an ironing board. The location is not ideal if you want to get into Manhattan quickly. It takes you about an hour from door-to-door. But for a cheap place to stay that still feels clean then it’s all right.

New property. Great location. Rooms a little small. Would have liked an iron and ironing board in the room.

The hotel features were modern and recently updated, however the conditions were not great. Due to quick room cleaning the toilet blocked within a matter of hours, which could have been avoided with more thorough cleaning when other guests have checked out. The hotel staff and cleaning team handled it quickly, thankfully. There was also an odour of smoke in the room when I returned after spending the day outside, which was unusual as there is a no smoking policy. Overall I think cleanliness could be improved, but I still had a pleasant stay.

Clean room, comfortable bed, decent size (for NYC!) and really great value. Bonus marks for being near a Target. And the subway!
-
It was a decent location and affordable. Near the park and public transit. Breakfast was small (bagged breakfast of apple, juice, breakfast sandwich and a muffin). Room was quiet but small.

2. Front desk always had an attitude for even the smallest request. Asking for the complimentary grab and go breakfast got me an annoyed reaction. Asking for extra pillows and blankets got a snarky response of "But there's 4 already in the room." Almost every time I walked into the building, they were arguing with guests. 3. We spent 8 nights there, and the wifi was down for 4 days. When it was online, it ran at a snail's pace. We had to do some work from our room and had to use data almost the entire time. And of course, when asking about when the wifi would be back on, we got a "maybe tomorrow" and an eye roll. 4. The TV in the room did not have a functioning remote, you HAD to download an app to use it. 5. The elevator were constantly filled with bags of trash and linens, so if you have a wheelchair, good luck. 6. The trash cans in the King sized room were absolutely miniscule when there was room for a medium sized bin in the bathroom. It was really obnoxious to have to play garbage tetris with anything we brought back to our room. The ONLY good part of this visit is that they regularly restocked towels and emptied the tiny trash cans. Do not go to this hotel. There are better hotels for this price point, or just eat the cost and pay for something better.

Nice budget hotel, with small but comfortable rooms.

The parking was a little hard, but overall manageable. The area was a little noisy. If you are a person that don’t mind the business this place is for you. Overall, you know, New York is New York. Just be safe around the area if you decide to stay there.

I didn't like no Microwave in the room.
-
and got to walk to downstairs to get water or the microwave. also no ice machine
-
No internet or tv for the entire stay
