Good location, modern rooms, but my AC was broken and took 3days to move to another room, where the AC was constantly blowing cold air and would not turn off, they managed to turn it off eventually but then the room was very cold and I had no heating 🙄 other then that, it was good

What should I say, It was one of the best hotels in NYC Maybe the AC needs to be changed

It was a cool rainy weekend with temps in the 50s -- and the hotel had no heat. They are remodeling rooms and the noise started early

I didn’t like anything. Terrible Dirty rooms, dirty shower, very minimalist. Women hair on the floor. Linen smell awful. There was no even a single chair

The hotel is very run down, and bathroom has mould and walls were stained yellow off years of grime. We checked out the same day we checked in and was promised a full refund by the manager. However this was on the 11th August and it’s now 26th September and after weekly communication of been told it’s been passed onto the correct department, I am still nearly £600 down. It’s absolutely disgusting how they are treating this situation and even after telling them the stress this has caused.

If you book the standard room, it looks nothing like the photos shown. They show the remodeled rooms in their standard room listing but give you something else. They are also doing construction at the hotel and it’s loud until afternoon. Very disappointing.

The staff was rude from the moment we got there until the moment we checked out when they over charged us for two extra nights. They took all my money and watched and laughed as me and my 9 year old sat in the lobby and cried because I could g afford an Uber. We come to New York every couple of months because my son is in a clinical trial at Mount Sinai. We will never be back.

There was construction going on in the hotel beginning at 7am which was VERY LOUD and lasted the entire morning we were in the room! We were not notified of any ongoing construction and paid a lot of money for a premium room. I was very disappointed.

Great location and the room was clean, but the staff seemed to be unprepared, or so new at their job that they were overwhelmed and not helpful. We felt unseen and were made to wait an hour after check-in time before we got our room. Also, renovations were on-going during our stay on the floor above us. We had a rude awakening every morning. At no time were we warned about this, or was it even acknowledged. The staff seemed very unprepared and terrible at customer service. Hopefully, that will all approve over time, but I'd look for other hotel options. The room rate is equal to others in the area, so without a big discount, the downside to this property makes it not worth it. I've stayed at five other hotels in the Broadway/Time Square area and they were all better.

Excellent location. Everyone was very nice. However, when the toilet wasn't flushed for several hours it looked like there was poop in the toilet - I guess it kept backing up? It was like that when we arrived on the first day. When I called the front desk they said that it can happen. We killed a large cockroach in the shower. During our stay, cleaning rags were left in our sink and behind our luggage- it was strange. They also gave us a room with a thin connecting door to another guest's room. You could hear them talking.

The hotel did not advertise the rooms that they had available and only had pictures of the updated rooms. They assigned us to an outdated room where the wallpaper was peeling, mold on the ceiling, and cracked floor tiles all over. When we told the front desk, the manager acted like he was doing us a favor for moving our rooms, saying that we should be thankful. On the second night, our bedroom door wouldn’t open so security had to body-check it to open it. Then later that night, our daughter got trapped in the room and could not get out for 3 hours! It took 3 men and a crowbar to pry the door open. And that was in the UPDATED room. Never staying here again.

I loved this hotel it was very affordable, clean, and accommodating. And in the middle of everything! Thank you so much for making us comfortable.
