We had a suite with views of the river on one side and a view of the Chrysler Building on the other. The room was spacious with a kitchenette, large bedroom and sitting room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar has great views. There were no dishes, cutlery, etc. in the kitchenette. We were told we could call down to have things brought up. It's probably easier for the house-keeping staff this way but it would have been nice to have had a few things there when we arrived.

The room was big, beds comfortable and quiet for nyc! Good kitchenette area. Staff at front desk super friendly and helpful! Location is great and they had a great restaurant for breakfast. The bathroom was small and hotel a bit run down.

Generally very clean, lobby fixtures a bit old
-
Great experience, front desk was super nice

The rooms were bigger than usual. The property was still clean and organized. The front desk were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

Nasty room. Not a four star by any stretch. Smelled of mildew and had not been updated for a couple of decades or more. Still charged me $800 a night because it was fashion week. This is worse than a hampton inn for 10x the price

Superb

Our AC did not work very well, only reaching 71 or 72 despite being set lower. My husband also cut his foot on a sharp piece of metal by our bed. We really liked the location though.

best hotel i’ve ever stayed in!

Exceptional
-
Close to my son’s apartment. Very clean. The shower drain was in the middle of the bathroom and when taking a shower it flooded the bathroom out to the bedroom carpeting. Something’s not right with the drain system there.
-
it has a kitchen, and since I was with the child, I could let him eat when he wanted. Rooms are big
-
It was kind of running down.I need a lot of updates.I think it was way overpriced , but overall , it was just okay
-
Another great stay! Convenient
-
It had a fitness area Not friendly staff, run down facilities, expensive for what you get
-
The location was nice, being walking distance from the Empire State Building and Times Square. Run of the mill hotel room that would be overpriced anywhere else, but otherwise quite affordable for NYC. Staff was pleasant.
-
Rooms are a little outdated but for the sq ft you get and location, they were perfect. Rooms were clean and staff was amazing.
-
Checked in late on a Tuesday night and the staff was very accommodating. The room was okay not much of a city view but the roof top restaurant had amazing skyline views...food was priced kind of high though. Great location overall walking distance to a lot in Manhattan.
-
The front door attendants & front desk were very nice especially Maximus.
