Super clean and very practical, comfortable room. Staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. If you are heading into Manhattan, this is a great location. 5 min walk to the Metro (M train) straight into midtown...15 mins. I stayed here previously and will stay again. My only slight gripe, is breakfast could be a little better with the food offering.

Staff were so welcoming and kind. Rosa and Jose were so kind along with the staff welcoming you when you would check in.

My husband and I stayed here for a short trip. The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the windows were super thin. We could hear everything outside. The trash trucks came super early waking us up everyday. We didn't get much sleep. Also, I didn't realize the hotel was so close the projects apartments but no one bothered us. We didn't walk around at night. There is not much to do in the area. We had to take a subway ride to most restaurants and attractions. I would not stay here a again.

Very good services and nice hospitality

This hotel exceeded our expectations! We stayed in a 2 queen bed room with the studio, it was the 3 of us (friends) and the room was spacious, extremely clean, well equipped and beds are comfy. The breakfast again absolutely on spot! I'v read reviews calling it basic.. it wasn't basic at all. There were fresh pastries, a lot of cereals, fruits, porridge, freshly made waffle, eggs, different hot breakfast options, yoghurts etc. Tea, water and coffee are all day available at the lobby. We basically needed only 1 more meal a day as the breakfast was so filling! Everything feels brand new and well maintained, it also has a rooftop with fab views. The subway station is a short walk and you are at Time Square in 25 mins! Great value for money! There is a basic level of noise, but this is only the big city buzzing away. It has nothing to do with the hotel and expected.

Everything was good I would recommend anyone to stay there

Good

good connection to Manhattan the quality of the breakfast—a lack of vegetables and a very unhealthy selection of dishes; - after the room was cleaned, we were left without towels; - the room furnishings—a terrible, old, patched-up table resembling one found in a slaughterhouse, and a large air-conditioning unit on the floor taking up a lot of space right next to the bed, which made sleeping difficult; - and the unlit street outside the hotel, which did not look very safe.

Good value for money. Excellent AC Limited breakfast options. Unclean and sticky floor. Not a great neighbourhood. Staff rejected my card saying it didn’t work at 4am in the morning but after we checked with our bank, they said that the issue was not on our end.. and turned out they didn’t swipe it properly. No apologies were given despite their fault.. esp with a kid at 4am. But we moved on as the rest of the stay was good.

Exceptional

Very clean and tidy, not far from Manhattan Centre, just a couple of subway stops It was very noisy in the mornings and we were in the room bestie the elevator so could always her it when it was in motion.
-
Great hotel for its location. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The free breakfast also exceeded expectations.

The staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Their attention made it very welcoming. The breakfast was good. The pictures of the hotel were a bit deceiving. The location is not the best but convenient to local stores and transportation. The room was small, the pillows were the WORST. The view, what view? Lol, but construction. Not pleasant when you have to live out of your suitcase for the 2 weeks we were there because you only have a small closet and no dresser to put your clothes away. I don't think I'll be staying there again.

The breakfast was very good. A special thanks to breakfast staff, who were particularly helpful.

It was ok

The hotel is located in a transition neighborhood that has a lot of new hotels and a lot of warehouses. It is very convenient to a number of subway lines. The daily breakfast was excellent. If you drive you can find street parking and avoid the fee to park. The area looks run down but it was safe and we never felt danger while walking to and from the subway even late at night. The biggest issue we had was a lack of towels racks in the bathroom which made it difficult to air dry towels between room being serviced.

Very nice property with daily breakfast. Only negative is location. You have to walk past a sketchy neighborhood to walk to the subway. Morning would be ok but not late at night. Uber to the queensplaza 7 train is about 9.00. Other than that, its great.
