Hotel ad photos were not accurate, rooms are minuscule and breakfast time was too early. There was a lot of noise from the hallway, it will keep you up at night. Street entrance was confusing. Decent stay and friendly staff but would not come back.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. This was our first time in New York so we were surprised with how small our room was. However, it was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was actually pretty good. It had the basic continental breakfast but everything was fresh and tasty. As mentioned the location was great and walking distance to many attractions. I can’t say enough about the staff. They were knowledgeable, helpful snd pleasant.

The rooms were obviously a little on the smaller side because it’s nyc but not terrible at all, it was cozy! Staff were so kind and generous all around and the place is super clean, I would definitely stay here again!

Two stars only for the location and that they keep luggage before check in . not impressed by the matchbox sized room and even minuscule dining area with hardly any seating . One of the most blah breakfast i have ever had in a bed and breakfast . There is no guest bathroom in the lobby -for that you have to go to the basement storage area. The safe kept malfunctioning- we didn’t know where to keep our documents safely. A franchisee hotel run on a shoestring budget without any real care for the customer. Not staying again

Great location, empire state building view rooms worth it, If from the UK take your own tea bags with you to breakfast for a great cuppa. Overall for the size of the room and cost, its very wll priced. Breakfast is basic but hot and fresh. nothing really to complain about, yes breakfast could be better, but you would be paying more money for the room for this.

Good for my one night day. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean and the location was handy for visiting central Manhattan. There was only a very limited selection of gluten free options for breakfast.

WiFi code they provided was wrong. Poor security. Poor service overall.

For a budget hotel, room and amenities were good——better than I would have expected. Hotel is also very clean and staff very friendly.

Everything was good! Room was a little small and nowhere to put suitcases. Breakfast was okay, but should be more options to choose besides bacon/sausages and eggs everyday. Staff was friendly and helpfull. All in all it was a good experience and the location was great!
