I liked that it was close to the University of Delaware and an easy drive from the downtown A light was broken. The place was old and run down. The ice machine was broken. And my room smelled really bad.

They are very understanding and they care about what people are going through so they can be a bit lenient if the Money is not there right on time they’ll wait

The room is clean & quiet The staff can be indifferent or on the more extreme side rude. The gentleman & woman at the front desk were very polite though.

There is some construction on the adjoining properties, but they don’t miss a beat. Obviously I will gladly be staying there again.

The room # 104 was full of roaches EVERYWHERE !!!! There were roaches on the wall Bathroom and the main area under the bed .

Location was great and front desk lady was a super nice. Appearance is crazy. Other guess just loud after hours. Room was semi clean. Lilled a bug, sliding door didn't look safe. Ice machine didn't work, there was no elevator for the elderly. Just a very ollllllllld establishment. Also no breakfast included. With the new Wawa ans DashIn coming, this hotel needs to step it up!!!

Yes, the hotel has a lot of roaches. I see that they’re fixing up the place, but they need to get control of the bugs the roaches and flies or crazy.

The room was completely disgusting. It smelled immediately like smoke soon as I walked in the room the floors were sticky. I didn't see bugs like everybody else keeps saying but it was completely gross. You couldn't touch any surface without that sticky disgusting feeling. I had a jetted tub room. The tub was nice getting into the tub is a hazard. The one step was completely broken. Sunken, everything was just a disaster. The toilet didn't flush gross. I will never comeback

The Internet was not working in my room even though I was just to relax .. but couldn’t really watch tv that much. Because of the connection kept going down
