Wonderful staff that are courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Beautiful surroundings.

Booking was made couple of months ago, did not get what we paid for and there no form of communication to inform us about room availability, had to adjust whatever room they had and after some back and forth discussion we had to move to another room. Terrible experience.

Staff are great. Safe and convenient, easy parking. The hotel does need renovation, and the breakfast is quite expensive.

The property is located in an ideal area The price was extremely inflated for the room experience. The furniture was old and worn, the bathroom was minimally stocked towels. There was soap scum and mildew in the shower and on the shower ceiling. I have stayed at this hotel in the past, it is in desperate need of an upgrade. The price is ridiculous!!
