DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Niagara Falls New York

Very convenient location

The property was nice . We had a good view of the river from our room . The front desk people were nice , the people selling the tours / attractions were nice and helpful. The restaurant in the lobby was no good. All of the staff were hanging out at the bar. I got seated they said they would be right back with waters but never came back. I waited 20 minutes . I had to call the waiter over multiple times i.e get water, get food, etc. I ordered a drink and they tried to charge me 2x for one drink . Hotel 5/5 . Restaurant -1/5

Staff was wonderful. Room was nice and clean. View was amazing.

Wish the fireplace worked outside on the patio.

Was easy to find and close to the falls . Staff was amazing and so friendly, loved the chocolate chip cookies and the on suite with the view over the rapids . Was very spacious and tidy Maybe just the parking at own risk

Best hotel I ever been too. Everything was top tier. 10/10 highly recommend.

That you had to pay for parking, never been to a hotel that charges for parking

Excellent wedding anniversary vacation location. We enjoyed our stay. Wanted to extend our stay. Loved the view. Our dinner at The onsite restaurant was super. Staff were super friendly. We will definitely do it again!

Room was pretty clean as expected from Hilton, and the river view from the room was great. Overall it was a good stay, did not encounter any issues

No microwave in room, parking was $16.00 a day. Got a tour booked in hotel lobby and was amazing, $160.00 each person did get military discount.

Todo fueron muy amables y atentos el lugar muy bonito pero sucio la habitación estaba llena de polvo la bañera estaba las líneas chinita le falta limpieza y es muy importante que la limpieza esté impecable y a las 9:30 la que limpia abrió la puerta de la habitación para preguntarme a qué hora yo me voy suerte que yo estaba vestida y casi en la puerta porque si no ella entraba a la habitación y creo q ellas tienen que esperar a las 11:00 q es el desalojo de todo el mundo pero no entraron a las 9:35 y mis hijos se asustaron

Walking distance from everything, restaurant location on property and the food was great!

Breakfast was good they had an all you can eat buffet as well as a menu. Free warmed chocolate chip cookies to die for. Didn’t do so go on cleaning my room had to call down twice to get them to clean it. They came right up and did a great job. It is in walking distance to Niagara State Park and the rainbow bridge. Close to the free city bus stop. Highly recommend staying here.
