Location great, room great, staff great. Breakfast decent. Lobby, pool and hot tub excellent. 1. Room keys were deactivated before our checkout. Our checkout time was 11am. we went to the lobby about 6:30am for breakfast, did NOT checkout yet, and keys were deactivated by 7am. Very aggravating. 2. The fitted sheet on the bottom of the bed kept coming off the bed - either the wrong size, or the elastic was worn out. Very frustrating. 3. The shower gel was either empty, or the pump did not work so no access to shower gel. Annoying,
