Everything was amazing. I stop here once a week to rest and it’s clean and quiet just what I need after a long week of driving.

The service is great but today I just saw a water bug in the bathroom I asked the manager if they have pest control that comes to the hotel she says yes. I told her they haven’t come to my room. She said I have to be in the room to get service I said I’m always in my room. I asked if she can please tell the pest control to knock on my door next time they come because I stay here a lot and don’t want this to happen again it’s very gross! After all I do pay to stay here and I’m very consistent and a clean person. I don’t want to see this again! Thank you

I enjoyed my stay nice property for the price. I just had a problem with front desk giving me an hour late checkout and when I returned from my work site the room was being cleaned and none of them can speak English.

The room was cleaned. It had a floating queen size bed . It smelled fresh. And it had a normal size refrigerator with 2 ice trays in the freezer.

Only had live TV unless you connected to your private paid programs. Was VERY NOISEY due to no Insulated window. door has cracks could see outside all around and did not help with noise.bathroom needed work. Only got WiFi by asking and tv to work. Tv kept not working so gave up and stoped using. Refrigerator was very clean, microwave, and coffee machine was nice but I did need or use.

However, the hallways and elevator smelled of smoke and a musk and the floors were dirty. The room itself was clean, but the toilet seat was broken and it was slide when using. The sink faucet also sprayed water quickly and spilled over onto the floor if not careful. There was also a light smell of smoke in the bathroom. Since it was late we just went to bed, but needed a couple extra blankets and pillows. The front desk staff said they were out of stock and only able to supply 1 blanket and a couple extra towels, no pillows. Sleep was difficult, the curtains barely covered the window, so light spilled in from the edges. Additionally, the bed linen was not too comfortable, which was why we asked for more blankets and pillows. During the night because the walls are not insulated, we heard people entering and exiting their rooms and walking in the hallway between midnight and 2am. For the above reasons, the next day I advised the staff the accommodations were not suitable for my family. I checked out of the hotel and advised I wanted to speak to the manager about a partial refund, since we did stay a night. Over the course of the week, I made several attempts to contact the manager via in-person, text, email, and phone calls. They were never returned.

Not a family place at all. Ruff crowd “living”there. I didn’t feel threatened but definitely watched my back. The rooms were pretty clean. Except all the hair. No bugs . Pool closed. Cheapest around get what ya pay for.
