They had room for truck parking, clean except there was some mildew on the caulk in the shower, staff was nice Had to wait at the front desk to check in as there wasn’t anyone there, there wasn’t any breakfast
-
We had no power, the lights were out and there were no generator or elevators. The stay was terrible - we used our phones to move around the room until they powered off due to low battery
-
Pricing were inflate for ISU parents weekend. Not worth cost.
-
The property had ample parking.
-
Lighting could be better in the room. Bathroom sink space was too small and lighting was too dim in the bathroom

We stayed 3 nights here, they never cleaned the room, even when we told the front desk about it in the morning. The room was clean but smelled because it's an old carpet.
-
Room was clean. Good bed and bedding. Quiet. Spacious bar and dining area.

just needed a place to sleep between states, room was clean and comfortable. I thought there was a breakfast included when I booked, but was apparently mistaken.

Unfortunately the cable was out on arrival and wasn’t back on when we came back from dinner. Also the room had zero A/C it was almost 80 by the morning. Very uncomfortable for a summer night

I seldom offer a negative review--one person's experience ought not determine a decision to stay. We have been IHG members and have preferentially stayed at Holiday Inn and HIExpress for probably 20 years. This was the least desirable of all the stays I have ever had. From the check-in for a two-night stay, it started to go downhill. The huge atrium might work for a large conference (an attached conference center), but it sure didn't make the entrance appealing. We were early for check-in--understandable--so we waited the 21 minutes in the lobby until check-in. Once in the room, there was no hand soap dispenser--instead, the sink had body lotion and shampoo dispensers. I called to ask for a soap dispenser; soon, a staff member brought two tiny bars of soap--they did not have any soap dispensers. In the morning, the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. We left for the day and returned shortly before dinner, finding that we had received no housekeeping service. At the very least, we expected to get new towels and the bed made, even without fresh sheets, and to refill the empty (and missing) soap and body was dispensers. I went to the desk to ask about it and was told that they never enter a room if someone is in it. I explained that we were not in the room--we did not have the "do not disturb" sign hanging. I said I doubted that was actual policy and that if it was, they needed to let guests staying more than one night of that policy. In total, poor stay

The location, I couldn’t tell online if there was an included breakfast or not, so we just left without asking. The cable on the tv keep disconnecting, my kids and I tried twice to just watch part of a movie before bed and the cable errored both times. So we just when to bed with nothing else to do.

The room was good pool was good

Went up to my room but door was open with the cleaning cart out front of it...they moved me to another room. Then, after being in the room a couple hours, another guest had opened my door with their key. I immediately called the front desk and they acknowledged the mistake and were apologetic. However, two major room issues left me frustrated and a bit weary of what could happen next. (Thankfully nothing else happened)
