My stay was during a little girls pageant it was still quiet and peaceful...staff always professional and helpful

What a great place to have a event.

We checked in & the wrong amount originally came up. The man at the desk corrected it. The room was beautiful but had a big problem: it was a one queen room and I had a two queen room. I called the desk, they apologized and took care of it and had us in the right room in no time. The cleaning staff was on top of everything but boy did they have a struggle. A pageant was happening & the attendees were not the cleanest or most considerate of cleaning up after themselves. We had no other issues beyond this other than parking. I had paid for the parking but quickly realized that it was highly unlikely I would find a place to park if I left. Thankfully I just rode with a friend to retain my spot. When I came in later that night around 9:30 we drove around to see if there was a closer spot and NOTHING was open. There was a pageant going on there and a wedding party so perhaps that impacted the situation more; however, I would have been really ticked off if I couldn’t find a spot AND I was forced to pay for parking. Somebody would have gotten an earful. When I was checking out, a man parked up front asked if he could follow us to our spot so he could have a space because the lot was completely full. If you are going to charge, ensure that guests can park.

Property location was good I couldn’t access my rooms multiple times throughout my stay. Cards constantly had to be recharged. Door didn’t completely lock. Had to visit front desk many times for same issues.

The free omelette station was great. Best hotel breakfast we’ve had. Our only wish was that breakfast be extended to 9:30am instead of 9am. After arriving later the night before, it was a struggle getting up early for breakfast.

Enjoyed my stay at this property, as I always try to stay here when I’m in town. Was here for The Tonight’s Conversation podcast with Kittie Rose. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Woke up too late 9 o’clock was a bit early for the comfortable bed. We slept in. Keep breakfast open till 10 o’clock

The breakfast was pretty good with enough variety. The rooms was clean and yes I checked for bedbugs, but their mattress was encapsulated and there was no issue. Room service for dinner was prompt and food was pretty good as well. I’d recommend this property.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was amazing and the room so comfortable, we could live there.

Disappointing

Our room was given to another party but the Expedia Confirmation number was the same. We called the hotel at 4:30 PM informing them of our last name and that we would be arriving late, after 10 PM. We were driving up to South Carolina from Florida. The clerk at the front desk looked us up in the system and said it was OK. When we arrived to check in the front desk said they did not have a room for us and neither was there any reservation in our name. I showed the my iPhone call record confirming the phone number, time, and duration of my prior call to the front desk. I showed them our Expedia reservation confirmation number. The consierge desk sent someone from housekepping to the room listed under the Expedia confirmation number, and it was indeed occupied by anther party. The front desk clerk said that room was occupied and they had no other rooms available. We did not find out until a few days ago when we recived the automated e-mail to evaluate our stay - which NEVER happened! Yet they still charged the full three day stay to my American Express Card. I am very irate. We were not the only family affected by their incompetence. There was a newly married young couple in line just ahead of us. The bride was still in her wedding gown. No room for them either! Given away to another party. We could not find a room in Charleston, SC area due to heavy booking for a hip-hop and jazz music festival. But we got a room at another hotel in Summerville, 27 miles away. Refund us now!

The place was nice. Cant say much for the front desk attendant or manager. We stayed for three days. Had the room cleaned once and my earrings disapered. Reported the incedent to the hotel manager. Who was of no help and directed us to the cleaning crew superviser, who was of no help. I will not be staying at this hotel. and do not recoment it. If you do decide to stay. I advice you not to leave anything of value in the room. And strictly demand that no one is to enter the room while you are not present.
