Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Charleston Airport/Convention Center

Great location and affordable. Will...

Room was very clean and staff was very friendly

Location and room were great I enjoyed my stay

Bathroom drain was slow draining, bed sheets were put on backwards, and unsure why I was given a handicap equipped room. Finally, next door room had TV loud and you can easily hear it, thus, sound protection is terrible.

Exceptional

When I called from the airport to get picked up I was told there was no driver for the shuttle. I paid $23 for a cab and when I asked if I would get reimbursed I was met with silence and then a chuckle and then ‘no’. I won’t be booking this hotel for any future business trips to Charleston.

Central location for what we needed. Cleanliness of our room was lacking upon check in and also again when we had it cleaned mid stay. Definitely cut corners.

I loved the accommodations...easy check-in and check out process

Front desk personnel the best. We checked out on time, didn’t have a ride yet and they let us leave our luggage in a secure room so we could go shopping until our ride was available. Would definitely stay here again

Breakfast, cleanliness, services I didn't get a cookie

Breakfast was made fresh both mornings I was there. Thr bed was comfortable and thr room clean. The shower is like a pressure washer. Staff were friendly

Building needs to be pressure washed.

Very good

Very good

Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best thing was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming in their greetings. Especially enjoyed Melveena's hospitality

The hallway carpeting could use a deep cleaning, or total replacement, as an odor was evident as soon as I got off the elevator. The bathroom tubs need an upgrade as well. Overall, this property just an OK stay as compared to other Fairfield Marriotts I’ve stayed at.

Great location for dinner and shopping. Hotel staff was great. Would stay again,

👍

The exercise room A/C was not working
