Wonderfully charming place with a friendly staff and quiet rooms. Private amenities and delicious made to order breakfast included in the stay.

I like the location and the property is quaint. Takes you back in time. I love the dining room & the breakfast offered. I didn’t care for the room. The bed was comfy but it was so close to the wall that I could not get in on the left hand side. For someone that gets up at least 3 times during the night that just didn’t work for me.

The town of North Conway and location of property are excellent. Breakfast room had great atmosphere. Did not get the room shown in photos online of standard room with 2 queen beds. Very outdated room in an old motel setting.

Room was clean Facilities are definitely dated but they are trying to keep them up. Family room had pool and air hockey. I did not use pool/sauna/fitness room. The restaurant looked fine but only served an (included) sit down breakfast and we did not have time to sit down.

I took a chance on Merrill Farm after looking at all the options in the area. I thought it would be fun to try something other than the cookie cutter Hilton or Marriott experience. It paid off. We stayed in one of the older sections of the property. Although it was older, the bed, etc.., which are really important, were all great. And the breakfast that was included was very nice. It’s a great option.

Convenient location to North Conway attractions. Rustic look, and rooms adequate but don't expect luxury resort. Good value for the cost. The free breakfast is good with several options. I would stay again when I'm looking for a good bargain and location in North Conway.

Property was not as described online. It was very outdated and smelled of mold. Water damage on walls and it was on a very busy, noisy road. We had our reservation cancelled and then reopened the day we were to check on in. Wish we had moved to another hotel.

Staff was wonderful. Very clean. Grounds were very nicely groomed.

We had a cabin and the grounds were well kept. Staff was super helpful and there is lots to do on the property - hot tub, pool, game room, exercise room and the cutest little theater!!! Oh and cookies in the afternoon!!!

So friendly, and the breakfast in the morning was great!

The amenities and location. Breakfast was great Could not get the tv to work. A positive was the staff member who spent time on it and even replaced the tv. It was the cord problem

The cabin missing some basic needs for a family like small dresser and chests , or closet , and small shelf in the shower

Staff struggled a little with our breakfast order but it was otherwise really good. Wish we had stayed more than one day!

I realy liked it there. I will defiantly go back there. Breakfast was ok. nice place.

Pleasant rooms , polite and helpful staff. A bit noisy from the cars nearby, but I believe it’s universal to all by the way motels

The room was very clean, and staff helped me out with my questions and needs. Considering price/value, it suits me well!
